Lose Weight Fast Using CMD

Step 1. Flush Out The Toxins

The fastest way to start losing significant weight is to flush out the toxins that clog up your colon and poison your body. Every function inside the body is regulated by and depends on water. Water is needed to carry toxic waste away from the cells.

Undue strains in our body like unhealthy food, poor habits, harsh environment and mental stress create a need for detoxification. HCI-CMD has the capacity to remove uric acid, lactic acid, excess cholesterol, fat deposit, dead tissue and chemical accumulated toxins in the body. Toxins are discharged through the circulation system - (kidney and liver) by urination and stool; through perspiration, boils, rashes, phlegm and mucus.

Step 2.  Restore Your Alkaline Balance

Get back to the normal pH level. Once you start drinking water with HCI-CMD for a more alkalizing diet, the body's need for fat decreases and you'll start losing weight.

Many people use HCI-CMD to support a healthy pH balance as well as general health and well being. HCI-CMD contains the full spectrum of naturally occurring minerals in trace and ultra-trace amounts, which provide broad spectrum balancing and resonance for the body.

Step 3. Exercise To Increase Your Metabolism

You can't lose weight just sitting around. Exercise can help you release stress, keep a better physique and give you more energy so don't forget this! You definitely need to get some exercise.

HCI-CMD dosage to loss weight fast:

Eat healthy foods, Filipinos urged

An expert from the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) reported that Filipinos are not consuming enough vegetables and fruits and are not meeting the Recommended Energy and Nutrient Intakes (RENI) as set by the Food and Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI).

Candido Astrologo Jr., NCSB Director for National Statistical Information Center, blamed the continued mushrooming of fast food chains in the country that often offer fried and unhealthy foods.

“The proliferation of fast food chains and carinderias attracts household members to eat out instead of cooking at home. Urbanization and an increase in per capita income are factors associated with fast food and carinderia consumption. About 40 percent of the sample households buy cooked foods outside their homes instead of cooking their own meals,” the 2008 Philippine Nutrition Facts and Figures reported.

FNRI defines RENI as “levels of intakes of energy and nutrients which, on the basis of current scientific knowledge, are considered adequate for the maintenance of health and well-being of nearly all healthy persons in the population.”

He described the possibility of the Philippines to meet the Millennium Development Goal 1 on dietary energy consumption is “medium.”

“From 1993, intakes of fruits dropped to no less than 10 percent of daily intake maybe because they find fruits expensive,” Astrologo said in a health journalism seminar organized by the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Association of the Philippines (PHAP).

In his presentation, Astrologo disclosed that in 2008, rice is on top of the most commonly consumed items in Filipino households along with potatoes and sugar.

On the category of fish, “galunggong” topped the kinds of fish commonly consumed by Filipinos followed by milkfish or “bangus,” “tilapia,” and “tulingan” and tuna. The report also noted that Filipinos consume a high amount of soy sauce. For vegetables, carrots and malunggay were on top two spots, followed by squash fruit, kamote leaves, and "kangkong.”

Other items commonly consumed in households are salt, coffee, coffee creamer, powdered chocolate milk, coconut vinegar and pineapple vinegar.

OUR UNSOLICITED ADVICE:

For Filipinos to meet the recommended energy and nutrient intakes and stand a greater chance of achieving the "indicator" of MDG-1 pertaining to the "eradication of extreme poverty and hunger", simply drink 20 drops of HCI-CMD per glass of water 2x a day to a healthy life!

5 Tips For Better Health

There's no point being the richest person in the graveyard! Take good care of yourself with these 5 tips for better health:

1.      DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Our body is made up of 70% water. So get hydrated and see your energy soar! Every function inside the body is regulated by and depends on water. Water must be available to carry vital elements, oxygen, hormones, and chemical messengers to all parts of the body.

Without sufficient water to wet all parts equally, some more remote parts of the body will not receive the vital elements that water supplies. Water is also needed to carry toxic waste away from the cells.

2.      SLEEP AT LEAST 7 HOURS A DAY

Your body needs sufficient rests to function properly so don’t neglect this part! Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

Sleep affects our physical and mental health, and is essential for the normal functioning of all the systems of our body, including the immune system. The effect of sleep on the immune system affects one’s ability to fight disease and endure sickness.

3.      EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK

Exercise can help you release stress, keep a better physique and give you more energy so don't forget this!

Have you ever heard the expression "use it or lose it"? It's true! If you don't use your body, you will surely lose it. Your muscles will become flabby and weak. Your heart and lungs won't function efficiently. And your joints will be stiff and easily injured. Inactivity is as much of a health risk as smoking!

Many people forget to stretch or make the excuse that they don't have the time. Flexibility is important, so make the time! Stretching can be done every day, but stick to a minimum of three times per week in order to reap the benefits. When the body is warmed up, such as after a workout session, perform five to 10 stretches that target the major muscle groups. Hold each stretch for 10-30 seconds.

4.      EAT HEALTHY

Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible– all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you.

Healthy eating begins with learning how to “eat smart”—it’s not just what you eat, but how you eat. Your food choices can reduce your risk of illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, as well as defend against depression. Additionally, learning the habits of healthy eating can boost your energy, sharpen your memory and stabilize your mood.

Less sugar and fats plus more fiber is always the way to go for better health.

5.      MINERALS ARE MORE THAN IMPORTANT, ITS IS VITAL!

Minerals forge the foundation of every living being – forming blood and bone, transmitting impulses from our nervous system to our extremities and vice versa, and maintaining optimal health.

We know that vitamins, proteins, enzymes and amino acids are indispensable to nutrition...but lacking minerals, they are useless.

The cell is the most basic unit of life and it must have minerals to stay alive and carry out its functions, from the simplest functions to the most sophisticated functions.

To your health.
